   version 3.10.0 utilizing EnergyPlus version 24.2.0.

   REM/Rate does not modify the underlying OpenStudio-HPXML simulation
   algorithms, ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 140 test implementations, or
   EnergyPlus engine for the purpose of ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 140 testing.

   The ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 140 test results, input files, and modeler
   report published by REM/Rate correspond to the incorporated
   OpenStudio-HPXML version 3.10.0 and EnergyPlus version 24.2.0 used to
   perform the simulations.
